Ellen Picton
Founder
HealthAspire was founded in 2014 by registered nutritionist Ellen Picton, with a simple mission: to make nutrition feel accessible, practical, and empowering. Blending science with a natural approach, HealthAspire has grown from Ellen’s personal journey into a trusted space supporting both individuals and communities on their path to better health.
Ellen specialises in corporate wellness days, community cookery demonstrations, and engaging health talks, as well as offering a handful of consultations.
She holds a Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition and later trained as a Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. Her philosophy is simple — nutrition should be easy to understand and fit seamlessly into everyday life.
Over the years, Ellen has supported hundreds of people living with IBS, hormone imbalances, skin conditions, joint pain, fatigue, and more. She continues to work with the local council, delivering the FACE (Food and Community Education) programme, helping to bring healthy eating initiatives into schools and the wider community.
In addition to her clinical and community work, Ellen is the author of two published cookbooks.
